Casual Sales Assistant - Pet Care & Wellness Specialist - Petbarn South Yarra

As a Casual Sales Assistant at Store South Yarra, you'll help pet parents make the best choices for their pets, offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products. You'll create connections, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their caretakers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
  • Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
About You
  • A natural love for animals and people
  • Passion for customer service
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to help
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in retail or other customer service role is desirable
  • Organised and detail-oriented
