We are looking for extremely friendly Sales Assistants to work on a casual basis in our Chadstone store. The ideal candidate must be a true casual with full availability across the entire week.

Responsibilities

As a Casual Sales Assistant you will:

  • provide real customer service focus with an ability to wow our customer
  • be highly motivated and proactive
  • demonstrate high integrity
  • communicate effectively with all levels
  • remain composed under stress and pressure
  • demonstrate a determination to succeed
  • pay attention to detail
  • take a hands-on approach
  • have at least 2 years experience in a high-volume, disciplined retailer
  • display strong merchandising skills
  • show commitment to the care of pets

You must be reliable, determined to meet high standards, willing to be flexible regarding working days and hours and able to work unsupervised. You must be able to work on weekends. As part of your responsibilities, you may be required to lift heavy items (e.g., bags of dog food).
