Overview

atWork Australia is a leading employment services provider working with Australians living with disability, injury, health condition or those who require additional support, across the nation. We empower our clients, supporting them to build better working lives. We work with people to identify goals, build skills and job-readiness, and support them through interviews and into employment, while collaborating with employers to meet recruitment needs.

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.

Job details
  • This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment.
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients.
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring clients, employers and others receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Qualifications and attributes
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
  • Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients and employers.
  • An overall desire to be part of the atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business so both can thrive.
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
  • NO PRIOR EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
