About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our team. In this role, working with our team, you will work research, structure, and package deals before submission. Your experience with lender policies and loan structuring will be crucial in ensuring hassle free & one touch application processing and successful outcomes for our clients.

This is an In-Person role, based in Narangba, Monday to Friday. While the role is advertised as Part-Time, Full-Time can be considered. We are willing to review hours to suit your situation, such as School Hours only for a Parent that does not want to commit to Full time hours while the kids are in school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brokers to analyse client financial information and structure loan applications.
  
  Provide expert guidance on lender policies to ensure compliance and optimal loan structuring.
• Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for a variety of lending scenarios, including PAYG, self-employed, and trust structures.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and clarify financial details.
• Submit loan applications and manage through to settlement
• Stay up to date on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes.
• Manage client annual reviews, pricing and support retention strategies
• If willing, Assist with building referral relationships and key stakeholder communication

About You:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry (Mortgage Brokering, Financial Planning, Accounting etc).
• Strong understanding of lender policies, credit assessment, and loan structuring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Flex/BrokerEngine systems and financial analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for lending and finance.
• Commitment to excellence with strong attention to detail and consistency.
