About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Environmental Services Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines
  • Ensuring all equipment is cleaned, restocked, and stored appropriately
  • Taking responsibility and accountability for your allocated duties
  • Following safe work practices and adhering to workplace health and safety requirements

Your Skills And Experience

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or similar environment (highly desirable)
  • Experience with cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers (highly desirable)
  • A sound understanding of OHS and safe work practices
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and complete work to a high standard safely and efficiently

Requirements
  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
