The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Senior Registrar/Fellow (Maternal Fetal Medicine) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH), where our 12,000-strong team focuses on providing world-class healthcare to residents of the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will
  1. Assess patients to determine and initiate appropriate investigations
  2. Perform specialised ultrasound scanning
  3. Establish management plans for patients
  4. Attend tutorials, participate in, and present at grand rounds
About you

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Possession of a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
  • Member of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (RANZCOG)
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Evidence of vaccination, or ability to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B
  • Tuberculosis screening to determine if TB vaccination is required
  • Declaration of serious disciplinary history
  • Criminal History Screening (cost covered by GCH)

Salary

Temporary full-time position starting February 2026, for 12 months with the possibility of extension. Base salary ranges from $165,257 to $182,106 per annum.
