What you can expect in a day in the role :

Our passionate team is looking for a creative, hard-working, and enthusiastic chef to deliver delicious pizzas at our popular Bolters Bar and Grill

As a valued team member, you'll be serving up fresh, made-to-order pizzas from our wood-fired oven. No two days will be the same, but your duties will include (and are not limited to) :

• Preparing and portioning pizzas made to order
• Operating the wood-fired pizza oven and monitoring cooking times
• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and prep area
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders — including dine-in, takeaway, and room service
• Cleaning and closing the pizza section at the end of service

What you'll bring to the role :

To succeed in this role, you'll be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, while confidently handling the physical demands of the position. Our ideal candidate will bring :

A motivated and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA genuine passion for pizza ingredients and preparation techniquesExperience working with a wood-fired oven (preferred but not essential)Strong communication and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
