Are you a proactive and experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and monitoring our IT infrastructure assets, managing network and endpoint vulnerabilities, and providing top-notch technical support at the 2nd and 3rd levels. You'll also be involved in the design of information and operational support systems and serve as the go-to expert for infrastructure and security services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain and monitor IT infrastructure assets:Ensure our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage network and endpoint vulnerabilities:Keep our network secure and resilient.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools:Be the backbone of our IT operations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for infrastructure and security services:Provide expert support and solutions.
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems:Contribute to innovative and effective system designs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation:Keep our documentation clear and up-to-date.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support:Offer advanced troubleshooting and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating systems, networks, SAN, PowerShell scripting.
  • Hands-on Experience:Proficiency with VMware and Veeam.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge:Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting Skills:Advanced problem-solving abilities.
