SmartPlay Early Learners in Caboolture provides quality care and Christian education in a Long Day Care environment. The services provided include: 3 Year Old Program; 4 Year Old Kinder Program; Before & After School Care; and Vacation Care Program.

RequirementsAbout you
  • For assisting educators, a minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood or 50% completed, or equivalent.
  • For lead educators, a minimum of a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% towards completion.
  • Suitable qualifications, including First Aid and Child Protection (CHCPRT001).
  • A current WWCC.
  • Capacity to lead a growing school with a hands-on approach.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to build school enrolment.
  • Confidence in using technology.
  • A servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • Empathetic, able to consider families' needs while delivering services promptly.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and demonstrates initiative.
  • Great attention to detail.
