Dormway has secured a major $150 million contract with Unitywater, delivering critical water and sewer infrastructure across the Sunshine Coast as part of the "Build Better Together" program. With a strong pipeline of work locked in for at least the next 5 years (with a 5-year extension option), we're growing our local team—and now's your chance to join us.

We're currently looking for a reliable and safety-focused Labourer / Truck Driver to support our operations based in Caloundra.

About the Role

This hands-on and varied position involves :

Operating a crane truck for safe and timely delivery of equipment and materials to our infrastructure project sites

Supporting the Caloundra Yard Coordinator with day-to-day yard activities, the movement of goods and equipment in and out of the depot

Performing labouring duties as part of field crews on active projects, as needed

Occasional support to our Wacol Yard operations

Conducting plant inspections, operating forklifts, and assisting with general yard duties

This role offers the best of both worlds— consistent work, depot-based tasks and practical field duties that keep our projects running smoothly.

About You

You're a motivated, mechanically minded all-rounder who takes pride in working safely and efficiently. You value teamwork but can also work independently, and you're eager to be part of a long-term, impactful project in your own backyard.

Required :

MR License (HR License preferred)

Forklift License

White Card

Experience in civil construction

Clean safety record

Dogging and Rigging License

Preferred but not essential :

C2) Slewing Mobile Crane

Confined Space & Working at Heights
