We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate the brand presence and drive customer engagement across all stages of the property development process. This senior leadership role requires a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing agency management, ideally within property or real estate, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

The Head of Marketing will work closely with the Head of Sales and other department heads to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives, business growth strategies, and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across all property development phases.
  2. Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve set targets and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business goals and sales strategies.
  4. Manage and nurture relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns.
  5. Use data-driven insights to guide marketing decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

  1. Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning with business objectives and sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop integrated campaigns that generate leads and boost customer engagement.
  3. Identify growth opportunities in digital marketing, traditional advertising, content marketing, and social media.
  4. Oversee campaign execution to build brand awareness and drive property sales.
  5. Establish KPIs and optimize campaigns for better results.

Brand Development and Management:

  1. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and maintain relevance in the market.
  2. Manage brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for marketing materials.
  3. Oversee the company's online presence, ensuring the website and digital platforms are optimized.

Team Leadership and Management:

  1. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
  2. Develop training programs to keep the team updated with industry trends.
  3. Ensure marketing strategies align with sales, growth, and project goals.
  4. Provide regular feedback and support team performance.

Marketing Performance and Analysis:

  1. Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to ensure quality leads meet sales targets.
  3. Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

Digital and Content Marketing:

  1. Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email, and paid ads.
  2. Lead the creation of compelling content that enhances brand visibility and engages customers.
  3. Manage relationships with external agencies for specific campaigns.

Marketing Budget and Resource Management:

  1. Develop and manage marketing budgets to drive revenue for development projects.
  2. Allocate resources effectively to maximize sales impact while ensuring budget adherence.
  3. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring transparency and the alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong track record in the property or real estate sector.
  2. Experience in managing marketing agencies and leading a marketing team.
  3. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity with measurable outcomes.
  4. Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle and how marketing can support business growth.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
