About The RoleThis is a great opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms team. You'll lead the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with the customer, along with leading and managing a team of functional consultants.
What You'll Bring- Experience leading a team and implementing CRM systems, with an understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms is essential.
- Hands-on support for consulting activities.
- Excellent knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules.
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
- Experience across multiple industries or segments.
- Understanding of common business issues and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of D365 FinOps or BC applications is a plus.
- 7+ years of D365 Platform experience.
- 7+ years of consultancy/delivery experience.
- 4+ years of project ownership/team leadership.
- Strong presentation, communication, business analysis, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation skills.
