Position Summary:

  1. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, classic drinks, wine, and beer.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in mixology, including creating innovative cocktails, balancing flavors, and using fresh ingredients.
  3. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
  5. Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
  6. Assist with menu development, seasonal cocktail lists, and special events.

About You:

  1. Bartender / Bar Attendant experience
  2. The ability to make complex cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverage options including spirits and wines
  3. Strong communication skills & attention to detail
  4. Able to make good decisions
  5. Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
