• Demonstrate expertise in creating innovative cocktails, balancing flavors, and using fresh ingredients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills & attention to detail
2. Able to make good decisions
3. Bartender / Bar Attendant experience
4. The ability to make complex cocktails and a strong knowledge of beverage options including spirits and wines
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment
