An opportunity, Built for you
A Site Manager at Built is responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, to a high standard on time, and within budget. This role requires effective delegation, mentoring, and supervision of site teams, as well as strong leadership and team building skills.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
- Lead and manage all aspects of site delivery across a full project lifecycle.
- Plan and implement construction activities to achieve time, cost, quality, and safety targets.
- Coordinate the delivery of multiple trades and work zones.
- Drive high performance and support development of site-based staff.

You won't shy away from a challenge and will always own the problem, knowing you've got the full support of the team. Here are the essentials you'll need for this role:
- Trade background or qualification, with tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior site supervision leadership role, within the commercial construction space, including large or complex projects over $100M.
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors across multiple work faces.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and temporary works.
- Strong understanding of head contracts, subcontracts, and site-based cost controls
- Strong working knowledge of HSE legislation, industrial relations and quality and compliance standards.
