Overview

Our privately-owned family company employs 2000 people with operations throughout Australia. Our Townsville Windows & Doors branch provides sales, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors to the residential and commercial construction markets. We have an opportunity for an Assembler to join our dynamic team.

The Role: Full training will be provided for duties including assembling/fabricating window, door and screen products. Any previous experience fabricating commercial products, assembling of aluminium products, glazing & glass handling, or using a saw or hand power tools, will be a distinct advantage.

Qualifications
  • Punctual, with reliable transport and a current driver's license
  • Willing to continue to learn and take direction
  • Ability to read detailed production documentation
  • Ability to confidently communicate in an effective manner and get the job done safely and accurately
