MEDLOG, a global force in container logistics and transport, is seeking a motivated AR Team Leader to oversee our cash management functions and lead our accounts receivable team in North Fremantle, WA.

About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a key role in managing daily cash flow activities and leading a small team responsible for end-to-end AR processes. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving process improvements.

Monitor daily cash balances and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts

Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team

Oversee customer credit, collections, and debtor reporting

Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements

Drive process improvements across AR and treasury functions

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles

What You'll Need

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

3+ years in treasury or AR leadership roles

CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) preferred

Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience

Proven team leadership and communication skills

High attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
