Full-Time - B&M Restoration and Building Services

B&M Restoration and Building Services specialises in 24/7 water damage, strip outs, containments, fire and mould remediation, and detailed cleaning. We are expanding into New South Wales and are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Makesafe/Restoration Technician to join our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who can work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and deliver exceptional results for clients. While our directors are based in Victoria, they will be hands-on throughout the training process to ensure you feel supported and confident in your role.

Responsibilities

Carry out roof makesafes, reports, and assessments

Respond to emergency call-outs for water, fire, and biohazard restoration

Set up and monitor drying equipment

Compile detailed job reports

Complete biohazard strip-outs and mould remediation

Construct timber containments and assist with structural work

Manage contents handling, inventory, and fire remediation tasks

Skills and Experience

Previous experience as a restoration technician or tradesperson

Strong skills across water, fire, smoke, mould, and biohazard restoration will be advantageous

Ability to work independently and manage jobs with minimal supervision

Sound problem-solving and reporting skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physically fit and capable of hands-on tasks
