We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with MaxMara in our Melbourne Flagship Store.

About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to maximize store sales and profit performance, customer satisfaction, staff training, and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will lead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
About you
The ideal candidate will have store management experience within a luxury boutique, with proven success in a high-sales environment. You should have a genuine, authentic, and diverse approach to maintaining and growing customer relationships in a luxury space. Attention to detail in store standards and retail operations is essential. Are you proactive and quick to implement positive change through action plans?
