Overview

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead daily operations, empower the team through coaching and training, and manage your restaurant's P&L. You will maintain the highest standards of quality, adhere to all procedures, and embody the GYG spirit.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of quality and guest experience.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage restaurant P&L, including financial performance and cost controls.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and brand standards.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous success in meeting KPIs.
Compensation

Please note this is a full-time role paying $80,000 - $85,000 per annum.
