Delivery Lead/ Agile Project Manager - Financial Crime Program

  • Up to $1120 inc super p.d (max)

About the Role:

  • manage workstreams within a large-scale Financial Crime program
  • business-facing role, requiring strong stakeholder management and delivery skills.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals align with business objectives, delivering high-impact outcomes with high visibility across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects focused on Financial Crime and AML, from initiation through to delivery
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across both business and technology teams
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered in line with regulatory standards and compliance obligations
  • Apply structured project management practices and take a proactive, hands-on approach to achieve business objectives
  • Support ongoing improvements to project delivery frameworks and team processes

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead/Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master within banking
  • Strong background in Financial Crime project delivery, within a regulatory program
  • Business-focused approach with hands-on delivery capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Prior experience in agile and waterfall delivery environments
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate complex environments
  • Prior financial crime technology implementation experience (nice to have)
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset
