About the Opportunity

Invested Talent are currently partnering with a leading Investment Manager looking to add a highly experienced Marketing Manager to the team. The role requires a hands-on operator with a depth of experience in investment management, excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across key client segments.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys getting involved in delivery, from planning and executing on digital campaigns to managing high profile events. Working closely with client facing teams, senior stakeholders, and agency partners, you'll help bring the brand and value proposition to life through smart, effective, and engaging marketing activity.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and deepen client engagement
  • Work with internal distribution and client teams to identify opportunities and align marketing activity with business goals
  • Lead the execution of marketing initiatives across paid media, email, content, and digital platforms
  • Oversee end to end planning and delivery of events, sponsorships, and conference participation
  • Manage production of high-quality marketing content including email communications, videos, podcasts, and presentations
  • Partner with creative and media agencies to develop engaging, compliant marketing materials
  • Track campaign performance and engagement data, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Ensure marketing activity meets internal compliance requirements and brand standards
Background and Experience
  • 8+ years of marketing experience working in investment management
  • Strong understanding of the Australian investment landscape, particularly financial advisers and institutional clients
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects and deliver results across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, project and event management tools
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
