Join Our Team as Assistant Coordinator - Keperra OSHC. We're looking for a dedicated and experienced educator to help lead the daily operations of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program at St William's Catholic School in Keperra.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Coordinator with day-to-day service operations
  • Support program planning, delivery, and documentation
  • Help with staff rostering and supervision
  • Manage administrative and financial tasks, including fee collection
  • Contribute to delivering a high-quality, inclusive educational program
  • Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure positive outcomes for children and families
  • Participate in professional and personal development activities
  • Consent to act as the Responsible Person on site in the Coordinator's absence
  • Promote the service within the local community in line with Centacare Child Care Services' Vision, Mission, and Values
Job Requirements
  • An ACECQA-approved school-age qualification, including studies in education, community services, health, therapy, sports, or creative arts
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
  • Experience in the education and care of children
  • Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
  • Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
