About the job

As the Media Connections Planning & Investment Lead at Enrichd Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, purpose-led media activations, including campaigns focused on mental health, climate change, and other initiatives that drive meaningful change. Reporting to the Head of Media, this cross-channel role combines strategic planning and meticulous execution, where you will be the day-to-day steward for multiple purpose-driven clients and responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle. You will ensure campaigns align with business outcomes, maintaining accurate budget control and overseeing the seamless flow of media activity.

Experience in planning and buying traditional media is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Channel Planning & Buying: Develop all media recommendations and media plans in collaboration with clients, trading teams, and performance specialists to meet and exceed business objectives (TV, OOH, print, digital, etc).
  • Campaign Ownership: Manage campaigns from brief to implementation to investment, ensuring delivery against client needs and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Drive a collaborative approach with all Enrichd departments, including specialist teams in search, social, and strategy, to develop best-in-class media solutions.
  • Client Management: Build strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, ensuring all media plans are tailored to their unique requirements and objectives.
  • Media Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media partners to stay informed about key opportunities and industry trends.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee financial processes to ensure monthly invoicing aligns with media plans and budgets.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Lead planning recommendations for day-to-day campaign optimisations to achieve business outcomes.
  • Insights Delivery: Build compelling narratives to deliver actionable insights, driving effective and innovative media recommendations.

About You

We're looking for a results-driven professional deeply passionate about media and communications, understanding how effective campaigns can transform businesses and drive societal impact. You'll also bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a media agency, with a proven track record in both traditional and digital media.
  • Skills: You excel in cross-channel planning, with a strong grasp of booking systems, billing processes, and identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Curiosity & Innovation: You are eager to learn new technologies and explore innovative solutions, bringing fresh ideas to your media plans.
  • Relationship Building: Building relationships is second nature to you—whether with clients, internal teams, or agency partners.
