Estimator - Electrical & Communications Eight Mile Plains, QLD — Stowe Australia
Stowe Australia is a leading electrical and communications services provider. Our Brisbane Client Service Team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our supportive and professional workplace.
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and quotations for electrical and communications projects.
- Develop Standing Offer Arrangement proposals.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS regulations, and Stowe quality systems.
- Interpret multidisciplinary drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years' estimating experience in electrical and communications services.
- Experience with Audio Visual and Security is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Conest, Microsoft Office Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- High-level ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
