The firm has a high quality client base that embrace technology, high level advisory work and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Position

Due to strong growth and internal restructuring, the position of Manager has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

  • Manage a fee base of circa $1.5m
  • Review the work completed by the team
  • Manage, train and mentor staff
  • High level advisory and complex compliance work
  • Take an active role in the development of the firm's brand
Candidate

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following :

  • CA / CPA
  • 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Previous experience training and mentoring staff
  • Strong technical tax knowledge
  • Exceptionally strong Xero experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
