We're searching for a driven and adaptable leader to join our team at our Adelaide depot, where you'll play a key role in leading daily operations during the Monday to Friday shift and providing crucial coverage for annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective load planning strategies to optimise efficiency and reduce cross-docking.
  • Manage and allocate daily jobs across a team of 10+ drivers.
  • Coordinate with workshop teams to proactively plan equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with customers and warehouse partners via email and phone.
  • Oversee warehouse and yard operations, including returns and rejected loads.
  • Manage cross-dock functions and ensure system data accuracy.
  • Proactively address transport issues to minimise delays and ensure customer expectations are met.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor in the transport or logistics sector.
  • Strong computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to transport management systems (e.g., Translogix, C3, Ignition, or similar).
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high level of accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • A client-focused mindset with the drive to go above and beyond.
