Your Role (Fundraisers) : Approach, engage, and build rapport with the public.Inspire regular financial support for vital causes (minimum two-year commitment).Clearly communicate charity impact and urgency.Physically active role (standing 2-3 hours at a time).

Earnings : Base Salary : $70,707 p.a. (inc. super)Realistic OTE : $85,000+ p.a. (uncapped)

Ideal for You if You Have : Minimum 3 months experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales, or similar direct engagement.Confidence to proactively start meaningful conversations.Resilience (you will bounce back and allow rejection to slide past you), empathy, and passion for making a difference.

Leadership Opportunities : Local Manager : Base $80,808 p.a. | OTE $109K+Lead and coach a small team.6+ months experience preferred.Regional Manager : Base $90,101 p.a. | OTE $132K+Strategic leadership of multiple teams.12+ months experience preferred.
