Job Description

Avec, a part of the Talent International Group, is currently searching for an experienced Software Developer with a background in Technology.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Contribute to estimates and actively participate in the agile planning activities
• Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in maintaining back logs
• Methodologies, processes and best practices.
• Research, Analyse and Evaluate the system programming needs
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that deliver true business value that meet customer requirements.
• Encourage and participate in pair-programming and test-driven development
• Escalate project issues appropriately and communicate project changes proactively to the Project Manager Applying logic and problem-solving skills to overcome technical issues
• Play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Testing with the established protocols.
• Coding to meet the accredited quality standards of design and technical specification in line with customer and/or internal requirement.

• Follow safe work practices and perform all duties in a manner that ensures personal health and safety and the safety of other employees, visitors and guests in the workplace.
• Comply with Talent International's work, health and safety management system, policies and procedures.

Additional Information

A relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
