We're looking for a professional, friendly and highly organised Receptionist to join our Warriewood campus team. You'll be the first face visitors see, the go-to for office coordination, and a vital part of creating a welcoming, smooth-running environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcome visitors and contractors warmly, managing the front desk and keeping reception tidy and professional
  • Coordinate meeting room setups and provide on-the-ground facilities support
  • Manage security passes and visitor sign-in / out processes
  • Organise courier pickups, alert staff to deliveries, and keep things flowing
  • Keep office supplies stocked and amenities well maintained
  • Support administrative tasks across Warriewood and Bungarribee teams
  • Help onboard new starters with key office information and etiquette
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure a safe, organised, and positive workplace

What you'll bring

Experience in reception, office coordination, or a facilities-based admin roleA proactive attitude and strong sense of ownershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional phone manner and customer service mindsetConfidence working independently while supporting a wider teamStrong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)High attention to detail, reliability and organisationA natural ability to build relationships and make people feel welcome
