About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our team at Bedingfield Park in Pinjarra. This is a full time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-quality kitchen environments such as luxury hotels or high-end restaurants. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food in accordance with menus, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation at all times.
  • Prepare, cook, and serve food according to menus, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen in their absence.
  • Maintain HACCP procedures and practices.
  • Keep kitchen equipment and plant in good condition.
  • Organize and implement food service.
  • Plan and implement daily food preparation lists for effective production.
  • Comply with all aspects of OH&S compliance.
  • Assist in the induction of all staff.
  • Attend team meetings as per meeting roster.
  • Work in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure safe and sound work practices that comply with Work, Health, and Safety policies and procedures and relevant legislation.

About You
  • Experience working in high-quality kitchen environments such as luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Knowledge of HACCP procedures and practices.
  • Commitment to OH&S compliance and safe work practices.
