Phoenix Motors Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to oversee the Parts Department at our Wanneroo GWM & LDV Dealership.

What you will be doing:

Lead and manage daily operations across parts sales, inventory control and warehousing

Coach, mentor and develop a team of Parts Interpreters and warehouse personnel

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to drive positive customer outcomes

Drive profitability, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain compliance and uphold a strong safety-first approach
