About the role

As a Senior Strategic Project Officer, you will play a key role in executing strategic initiatives by establishing governance structures, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with cohealth's mission.

Your duties include :

  • Collaborate with the Leadership Hub, Leadership Network, key operational roles, and the broader community to align with organisational goals and strategic priorities
  • Develop, manage, and refine comprehensive project milestone and deliverable schedules, ensuring the effective sequencing and prioritisation of projects
  • Provide advice on issues, options, and solutions as directed and collaboratively implement agreed outcomes
  • Build transformation capability across the organisation in collaboration with the Executive Director, Strategy and Development

Our ideal candidate :

  • A tertiary qualification in business, project management, or a related field and minimum five (5) years of project management experience
  • Experience in supporting the planning and monitoring of organisational strategy and/or complex service development projects within a legislative framework
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong coordination, organisational and time management skills
