About the Role

This is an opportunity to drive innovation and deliver significant business value through the strategic application of data science. In this role, you will focus on pioneering solutions that not only advance our data capabilities but also create transformative value for the business. You will play a pivotal role in identifying innovative opportunities, developing cutting-edge models, and translating data insights into actionable strategies that directly impact business growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Apply your existing experience and skills to support measurable improvements in performance across various departments.
  2. Be at the forefront of enabling optimal Data Science & AI initiative development and integrating these into business processes at scale.
  3. Design, implement and build advanced machine learning models, optimisation algorithms, and statistical techniques to solve business challenges.
  4. Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to identify high-value business opportunities where data science can create a competitive edge.
  5. Conduct data analysis, data exploration, data profiling and statistical analysis to support improved performance across all areas of the business.

Key Requirements

  1. 7+ years in Data Analytics and Science with a strong track record of driving innovation and delivering business value through data.
  2. Expertise in applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods to solve complex business problems.
  3. Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools and experience with ML frameworks.
  4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo in applying data science to business.
  5. Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
