Overview

Fruitmarket is looking for waiting staff to join their team.

Fruitmarket cafe is a fair and friendly workplace with an attractive package of staff benefits. This role will be a floor service role with no bar skills required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide floor service in the cafe and maintain and improve the guest experience.
  • Support busy exhibitions, visitors, commuters, local residents and tourists during opening hours and events outside of those hours.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum of 6 months' restaurant table service experience.
  • Passionate about table service and delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Hours, Benefits and Scheduling
  • Working hours are largely during regular opening hours (9am to 6pm, 7 days a week) with the role also involving events outside these hours.
  • Ideal candidate will seek between 7 and 14 contracted hours per week, with flexibility to work more when required.
  • Salary is £12.60 per hour plus tips.
  • Fruitmarket's café is popular with exhibition audiences, busy commuters, local residents and tourists.
