Are you a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in dynamic environments? NCS is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support multiple members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). As Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders to operate at their best. You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare high-quality documents and presentations, and handle travel and expense arrangements with precision. You'll also support Office Managers during busy periods and take on a variety of tasks that keep our leadership team focused and effective.
We're looking for someone who brings not only experience as an Executive Assistant, but also a mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration. You'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a positive attitude that reflects NCS's values.
Responsibilities- Provide executive support to multiple members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare documents and presentations.
- Handle travel and expense arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support Office Managers during busy periods and assist with a variety of tasks to keep leadership teams focused and effective.
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
- Experience in consulting, technology, or IT services environments is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in coordinating meetings, events, and workshops, including logistics such as venue booking, catering, and conferencing setups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude aligned with NCS's beliefs and values.

- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development.
