Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Sydney | Work on Australia's Largest Retail/Commercial Property Portfolio
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing

Pre- and post-contract cost management for large retail and commercial projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans that are rock solid.
Lead procurement and tendering, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contract administration.
Produce monthly cost reports and present them directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
Interface with project teams, contractors, and consultants at all stages of the project.

What You'll Need

Degree-qualified as a minimum.
QS consultancy background with experience working on retail, commercial, or large-scale real estate portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen – You know how to manage risk and drive value for clients.
Proficiency in CostX or similar cost management software.
AIQS or MRICS accreditation (highly regarded, but not essential).
