Endeavour Foundation is one of Australia's largest employers of people living with disability. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

Role Overview

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals.

• Availability for shorter shifts, sleepover shifts including weekend availability is required for this role.
• Permanent- part time (50 hours a fortnight minimum) based in Burleigh

Requirements

• Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Flexibility to work varying shifts;
• A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
