About the role

Our Melbourne Employment, Safety and People team are currently looking for a Lawyer with approximately 1-3 years' experience to join their team.

Our Employment, Safety and People team service the full spectrum of employment, industrial relations and safety requirements for private and public sector clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of workplace relations matters, including industrial relations and bargaining, union disputes, termination of employment and general protections claims, anti-discrimination matters, employment contracts and corporate support work for M&A deals.

About you

You will have approximately 1-3 years' experience in an employment/workplace relations practice and you are looking for your next challenge. You are a team player dedicated to helping our clients meet their objectives. Furthermore, you will have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical & drafting skills, excellent communication skills and a passion for employment and workplace relations law.
