This position can be offered out of our Epping VIC, Yatala QLD or Hazlemere WA site

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Attend to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate advice and information on request
  • Provide customer-specific quotes and estimates as required
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Attend to customer follow-ups and update the CRM
  • Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
  • Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations
  • Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
  • Attend Company promotional events
