About the role :

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates and customers
  • Providing genuine service and creating memorable moments with customers
  • Using your strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance
  • Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
  • Processing stock: receiving, dispatching, and storing
  • Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture

Note: This role will require lifting, bending, and climbing.
