What you'll doJoin our team as an FP&A Manager, where you'll play a key role in leading financial performance and driving strategic insights and strategic initiatives within the Pharmacy & Retail Business Units. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting, deliver insightful management reporting, and support the development of the strategic narrative.
In this key role, you'll take ownership of the month-end close process for the Pharmacy & Retail Commercial Finance team, lead the preparation of the Retail quarterly business review, and support future-state forecasting and scenario analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

What you'll bring- Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment; retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Experience in FP&A roles focused on performance insights, business planning, and budgeting.
- Strong ability to provide value-added commercial advice to senior management.
- Proven success in building partnerships between support and business functions.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; be curious.
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional team alignment.
- Ability to inspire and lead by example.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
