Local Government organisation require an experienced Talent Partner to start ASAP

**Your new company**

Our client is local government organisation based in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane. Due to a busy period, they require an experienced Talent Partner to support their established Talent team on a temp contract basis.

**Your new role**

Your key responsibilities in this role will be to ensure the delivery of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for the organisation, some key duties will include:

- You will manage a number of requisitions, ensuring you deliver practical recruitment strategies, services, and support for your recruitment portfolio
- Assisting the Talent team and working together when there is a higher volume of work or when someone is on leave
- Handling job offers through to employment contracts

**What you'll need to succeed**

To excel in this role, you will have previous Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment partnering skills and experience.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnering skills are critical to this role. Additionally, you will have experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
