What you'll be doing
  • Drive sales performance across new and used vehicle departments
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver excellence
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and profitability
  • Oversee stock control, pricing, and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, finance regulations, and manufacturer standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the wider community
What we're looking for
  • Proven leadership experience in automotive sales management (Dealer Principal, Sales Manager, or similar role)
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive results
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
