As part of the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Procurement Manager to support our last-mile delivery operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence by managing the procurement of non-inventory goods and services across our AMZL network.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the complete procurement lifecycle for non-inventory goods and services required by the AMZL network, including forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationship management.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for supplier management and procurement efficiency, and producing regular reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, and AMZL leadership to meet budgetary targets and operational goals.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Amazon's standards, securing favorable terms, and fostering procurement innovations.
  • Resolving procurement-related issues, including inventory discrepancies, delivery challenges, and payments to suppliers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • At least 1 year of experience using MS Office, especially Excel and analytics platforms, with skills in data analysis using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Understanding process flow and ability to suggest improvements to achieve savings, inventory reduction, or other benefits

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Management Certifications
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
