Client side Project Manager

About the RoleOur client is looking for a Project Manager to look after key clients in the childcare, retail, commercial, health sectors. You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring seamless execution across planning, design, tender, construction, and closeout phases. Working under the guidance of a Project Director, you will drive project success while upholding the company's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Project Management Plans (PMPs), scopes of work, cost estimates, project programs (including critical path), and risk management strategies.
- Lead and unite project teams, ensuring alignment and progress toward key deliverables.
- Oversee tender processes, authority approvals, contract administration, variations, and practical completion.
- Track project progress against objectives, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
- Chair and document meetings, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
- Manage contract negotiations, consultant agreements, and lease agreements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through constructability reviews and contingency planning.
- Assist in preparing fee proposals and supporting business development initiatives.
- A degree in Engineering, Construction or Architecture
