About The Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centred care to elderly individuals. In this role, you will support clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and contribute to their overall wellbeing and comfort. You'll work as part of a collaborative care team to deliver services that uphold dignity and respect while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Casual
  • Pay Rate: $38.11 – $41.59 per hour
  • Work Location: In person
  • Schedule: Shift work (including weekends or public holidays, if required)
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, mobility, hygiene, and daily routines
  • Support residents during meal times, including basic preparation and feeding assistance
  • Maintain clean and hygienic living spaces
  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in client needs or behaviour
  • Ensure safety and compliance with aged care standards and protocols

Essential Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check (valid)
  • Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Legal right to work in Australia
