This is a great opportunity for both experienced and inexperienced HC drivers to join a dedicated team and business who look after their staff and can offer full training and job stability as a Driver. Our night shift rate is well above award, and some overtime is also commonly available.

Rapid Refrigerated are seeking drivers to provide nightly hanging meat shuttle services by safely picking up and delivering our customers products (including chilled and frozen products) throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and regions. Loading and unloading hanging and packaged meat will give you a good workout, however much of the work is driving between our Port Adelaide depot and near regional areas (Port Wakefield, Two Wells, Murray Bridge).

**Requirements of the role**:

- HC licence;
- At least 2 years’ experience driving trucks;
- Physically fit for manual handling of freight (spinach not provided);
- Reliable, and able to work shift work and some overtime including public holidays;
- A solid work ethic and a positive attitude (there are no problems, only challenges);
- Experience in the safe operation of electric pallet jacks and tailgates / or a willingness to undertake training on how to use them safely and competently;
- A current forklift license wouldn’t hurt if you have one.
