As a Team Leader overseeing your store, you will be responsible for driving sales, motivating team members, and growing key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. You will also work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store contributes to meeting area targets.

At FCTG, we understand the importance of flexibility while fostering a culture of collaboration through in-person iterations – our Corporate Benefits team offers remote, head office, and hybrid working arrangements.

What you'll be doing as the Team Leader in our team of Corporate Benefits Experts :

  • Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
  • Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Providing vision and motivation for the team
  • Maintaining an overall positive office environment
