In this role you'll be driving financial stability and growth at BMOR, ensuring accurate reporting and streamlined processes.

• Lead and manage financial systems
• Manage trial budgets
• Monitor revenue and expenses
• Support forecasting
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders

Selection Criteria

• Appropriate finance related qualification and/or experience in financial management
• Working knowledge and proficiency with database and using SQL
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with database, Oracle 11, StaffLink and SMRS
• Efficient time management, organisational and administration skills
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, ATO requirements, reconciliations, general ledger journals
• Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
